Who we are

High Tech Hub Trading is a company in Doha, Qatar, and is responsible for the data handled on this site. For privacy questions: info@hightechub.com.

What we collect

Analytics: only if you agree, we use Google Analytics 4. It records the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and a pseudonymous identifier kept in the _ga and _ga_* cookies.

Enquiries: if you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep what you send — your name, number and project details — to reply and follow up. The site has no forms that collect data.

Cookies and consent

Google Analytics stays off until you agree: no Google script is loaded and no cookies are stored. You can decline, and the whole site works either way.

Your answer is saved in your browser and you can change it at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of the page. If you withdraw consent we stop measuring, and you can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

We use analytics data only to see which pages help and to improve the site — not for advertising or to build personal profiles. We use enquiry details to reply to you and carry out your request.

Sharing and transfers outside Qatar

Google processes analytics data on our behalf and may transfer and store it outside Qatar. We do not sell your data and share it with others only where needed to carry out your request or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep event-level analytics data in Google Analytics for 14 months, and enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and follow up the project.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to its processing. Email info@hightechub.com and we will reply.

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we update this page and its last-updated date.
