We work with Fenestra, ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certified, with TSE product and service documentation. These credentials belong to the named manufacturer and their documented scopes.

Operating and maintenance manuals, system information and user training support the transition from installation to day-to-day operation.

A system becomes part of daily life. Our after-sales programme supports the people who use it and the teams responsible for keeping it in operation.
Documented warranty
Warranty coverage and terms are recorded with the project handover. Doors, frames and powder coatings carry a 400-day warranty from delivery or commissioning and handover, against defects in design, materials or workmanship.
Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance contracts organise periodic service, with records of the work performed on the installed systems.
Critical spare parts
We maintain critical spare-parts stock for installed systems to support repairs and operational continuity.
Technical support
Our technical teams handle service requests and document visits, giving you a record of the system’s care.
