Data deletion

How to ask

Email info@hightechub.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or message us from the same number you used to contact us on WhatsApp and say you want your data deleted.

Give the name and phone number you contacted us from. We use them to check the request is yours, and ask for nothing else unless we must.

What we delete

We delete what we hold about you: your name, number and enquiry details, our WhatsApp and email conversations with you, and any record of you in our customer-tracking system.

WhatsApp messages stored on your own device stay in your hands; delete them in your app. What WhatsApp or Meta keeps is covered by their policies.

What we may keep

If we have a live project or a signed contract with you, we may keep the records the law, our accounts or warranty and maintenance require, and we tell you which. We delete the rest.

How long it takes

We carry out the request within 30 days of confirming your identity, and send you a confirmation once it is done.

Site analytics

Google Analytics data is not tied to your name. To stop it, withdraw consent from the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of any page and clear the _ga and _ga_* cookies in your browser.
