Before settling on a design, it helps to know which line fits your project and Doha's climate. This guide brings the practical considerations from our three product pages into one place.
What suits Doha's climate?
All three lines handle Doha's heat differently: pivot doors carry a thermal and acoustic insulating foam inside their wood core; steel doors are built on a hot-dip galvanized base with grade 304/316 stainless steel cladding suited to a coastal atmosphere; and window shutters reduce heat and glare at the window opening itself when closed.
Matching the product to your project
A large main entrance is pivot door territory — a single leaf that pivots as a design statement. Secondary entrances and gates suit steel doors, in single or double leaf. Window openings are where shutters do the work, for light, privacy, and shading. See the full breakdown in our pivot door, steel door, and window shutter comparison.
Customizing without compromising performance
Each line has real customization options that don't weaken its construction: multiple wood-finish variations for pivot doors, full RAL powder coating or laser-cut overlays for steel doors, and custom colors on request for window shutters alongside the standard palette.
What about security?
Pivot doors ship with a dual lock — electronic and manual. Steel doors are compatible with automation and smart lock systems. Window shutters screen the view from outside when closed, which our team discusses against each window's position.
What to prepare before you contact us
You don't need exact measurements to start. A photo or drawing and the project location are enough for an initial discussion; final dimensions and scope are reviewed before any design is approved.
